Fish Bone Noodle Soup

1. I made the leftover bones of the fish before

2. Chop the fish bones into suitable size pieces

3. Add starch, cooking wine

4. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes

5. Rinse and soak the vermicelli with cold water

6. Scallion, chopped green onion, shredded ginger, sliced garlic

7. Cut leek into small pieces

8. Put the star anise in the hot oil in the pot

9. Saute the shallots, ginger and garlic

10. Fried fish bones for a while

12. Pour in some water and bring to a boil

13. Put the soaked vermicelli

Tips:

①Turn the fish bones frequently when stir-frying, so as not to paste the pot



②The fish itself is very fresh, so there is no need to put MSG, chicken essence and other seasonings
