Five Minutes Quick Cold Noodles

Prepare all the spices

Mince scallion, ginger and garlic, shred kelp and ham
3.
Mix the seasonings except Chinese pepper oil and edible oil together and stir evenly to make a sauce

Bring water to a boil until small bubbles appear

Put in the ramen

Boil

After boiling, add half a bowl of cold water.

After boiling again, change to low heat and simmer for five minutes.

Cook until the noodles are soft

Use cold water twice to prevent noodles from lumping

Scallion, ginger, pepper oil and saute

Put the hot oil into the prepared sauce

Put the cooked noodles on a plate.

Add shredded green onion, seaweed and ham.

Pour the sauce on the noodles and you're ready to eat
