Flying Duck with Yam in Pot

Tips:
1. The smell of flying ducks is not as strong as ordinary ducks, so you can wash them with hot water instead of blanching. But if you don't like the taste, you can blanch it.
2. Flying duck has very thick muscles, so it takes longer to cook.
