Fresh Peach Jam

Prepare nectarine rock sugar and white sugar.

Wash the nectarines.
3.
Remove the core and cut into small pieces.
4.
Add sugar and stir well.
5.
Marinate for 30 minutes.

Add rock sugar and appropriate amount of water

Bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and cook until 10 minutes.
8.
Pour into a blender and beat into a paste.
9.
Pour it back into the pot.
10.
Cook on low heat until thick and add honey. [Stir constantly to avoid sticking the pot]
Tips:
Nectarine has a relatively high water content, so adding water should not be too much.
