Fresh Sweet Millet Corn Juice
1.
Break the corn down one by one, prepare millet and xylitol (in fact, fine sugar is also fine, but for people with high blood sugar, it is recommended to use xylitol).
2.
Wash the corn kernels and millet and put them into the wall breaker.
3.
Add clean water to the 1500 ml mark.
4.
Select the corn juice program, start it, and make a total of 30 minutes.
5.
After the program is over, add xylitol and beat for another 10 seconds until the sugar melts.
6.
Pour out and let it cool before drinking.
Tips:
Peeling corn takes more time. You can peel it the night before, and make corn juice after washing it in the next morning.
