Fried Gluten with Bowling Mushrooms

1. Raw crushed bowling mushrooms;

2. Raw material small oil gluten;

3. Slice broccoli root and carrot separately;

4. Wash and slice bowling mushrooms;

5. Heat oil in a pot, add carrots and broccoli slices and stir fry;
