Fried Large Intestine with Sauerkraut

Wash the fresh large intestine with flour for the first time and then rinse with water. Turn it over to peel off the dirty fat, then pour it in vinegar, wash it for the second time, turn it back, and then rinse with water.

Add water, pepper and ginger slices to a pot and bring to a boil.

Add the large intestine and cook for about 20 minutes.

Fish it out.

Cut into small pieces.

Prepared green and red peppers, pickled ginger and homemade sauerkraut. (Need to act privately)

Cut green and red peppers with an oblique knife.

Cut the sauerkraut into small pieces.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot to heat (about 60% to 70% hot), add green and red peppers and fry twice.

Pour sauerkraut and pickled ginger and stir fry.

Pour in the large intestine, stir fry, add in an appropriate amount of salt and continue to fry for about a minute, turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
Washing the large intestine is hard work and requires patience.
If you like spicy food, you can add millet spicy.
Pickled cabbage and pickled ginger are sold in supermarkets or vegetable markets.
