Fat Intestine Tofu

Fresh large intestine.

Pour in flour and knead for two minutes, then rinse with water, then rub it with salt and rinse with water.

Tips:
Both bean paste and light soy sauce have a salty taste, so no additional salt is required. If the taste is heavy, you can add it in an appropriate amount.
The tofu will be more delicious after being soaked in light salt water in advance. If you like to eat old tofu, you can put old tofu.
