Fried Noodles with Mustard Pork

Various ingredients, shredded pork marinated with a small amount of salt, sugar and pepper, leek flowers and carrots are cut into sections and shredded

Boil the egg noodles in boiling water for 1 minute

Rinse the blanched noodles with cold water to filter out the water

After the egg is fried, cut into small pieces and set aside

Heat the wok, saute the garlic, add the shredded pork and fry until it is cooked, then add the mustard and mix it, set it up and set aside

Add a little more oil, fry the bottom strips until they are a bit burnt and crispy, add oyster sauce and light soy sauce

After the seasoning and noodles are evenly fried, add the leeks

Stir-fry the leeks until they turn green, add chicken, pork, mustard, and shallots

Stir-fry all the ingredients
