Fried Noodles with Yuba, Cloud Ears and Egg

Soak the yuba and cloud ears in advance. Cut the cloud ears into thin strips and cut the yuba into two finger widths.

Boil the doll noodles in a pot and boil until soft. Drain with cold water. Spread the eggs and fry them into pie shreds.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and stir fry until fragrant, stir-fry the cloud ears for a minute, and stir-fry evenly with appropriate amount of yuba. Laying eggs and stir-fry with Yuner yuba. Add the drained noodles, soy sauce, and thirteen spices and stir evenly for two minutes. Pour in the chopped green onion and stir evenly, then turn off the heat and put on a plate.
Tips:
After the noodles are boiled, they are taken out once in cold water, and the taste will be much more delicious.
