Fried Peanuts

Peanuts, wash away the floating dust; drain and set aside;

Heat a pan with a little tea oil;
3.
Wait 8 minutes for the oil to heat up, put in the peanuts; a small pan, easy to control the temperature, low heat, slow frying, be sure to keep turning;

When the peanuts are bursting, turn off the heat, remove the oil, add fine salt, and shake;
