Fried Shrimp with Corn and Peas

Take the shrimp meat from the white shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, and wash it.

Cut into large cubes, add cooking wine and pepper, and marinate for a few minutes.

Defrosted cooked corn, cooked peas, peeled and diced carrots.

Boiled water.

Remove and set aside.

Add a little oil to the pan and add shrimp cubes.

Stir-fry until the shrimp changes color, serve and set aside.

Wash the pot again, heat it up, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Pour in corn, peas, carrots and sauté a few times over high heat.

Pour in the fried shrimp cubes.

Season with salt.

Stir-fry well.
