Corn Shrimp and Mushroom Pizza

Add yeast and salt to the flour.

Mix it and add some vegetable oil, I added cooked soybean oil.

Add water to knead the dough into three light (face light, pot light, hand light) dough, and leave it in a warm place to ferment.

This is fermented dough.

After the air is exhausted, divide the dough into two portions, one large and one small, and cover with plastic wrap to relax for 15 minutes.

Divide the loose dough into two equal parts, and roll out rectangular dough pieces, the length of which is the same as the length of the ham.

Turn it over and thin the bottom edge.

Put on a ham sausage.

Roll it up from top to bottom, pinch the seal tightly, and do the other one as well.

Cut 1.5-2 cm wide sections.

Roll out the large dough, the same size as the pizza base.

The large round pasta is put into the greased pizza pan, and the ham-wrapped pasta is placed around it.

Use a fork to pierce some small eyes on the vacant dough.

Spread the pizza sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Serve the green prawns.

Sprinkle thawed cooked corn kernels.

Sprinkle shredded cheese.

Put the shiitake mushroom slices, and I added a few extra cabbage leaves.

Sprinkle shredded cheese.

Put it into the middle layer of the preheated 200°C oven, heat up and down, bake for about 15 minutes and take it out.

Sprinkle another layer of shredded cheese and continue baking in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Take out the baked pizza, cut into pieces and serve.
