Fried Squid Roll with Coriander

Remove the squid head, internal organs and squid skin, leaving only the squid plate.

Hit a cross knife on the squid board.

Cut into pieces.

Boil the water in a pot and blanch the cut squid on a plate, then remove it immediately.

Fill out the controlled water for later use.

Wash coriander and cut into sections.

Heat the pan with oil, add a little green onion and ginger to the pan.

Then add the blanched squid rolls.

Stir fry for 20 seconds.

Then add the coriander, the remaining chopped green onion, ginger, and salt.

Stir fry for 20 seconds and turn off the heat.

Tips:
1. Do not blanch the cut squid too long, just 3 or 4 seconds.
2. Don't add MSG.
3. The cholesterol content of squid is very high. Patients with three highs should eat with caution.
