Fried Taihu White Shrimp in Oil

Wash the fresh Taihu white prawns you bought back with clean water.

Cut the green onion into chopped green onions, finely chop the ginger and garlic, and diced the red pepper.

In a frying pan, sauté the minced ginger garlic and half of the red pepper diced.

Add the white prawns and stir fry quickly for a while.

Add some cooking wine.

Then add some salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar and stir well.

Sprinkle the chopped green onion and the other half of the red pepper before starting the pan.

Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
Taihu white prawns, in order to taste its original flavor, we generally make brine white prawns locally, and occasionally change the method, the taste is also good.
