"Three scales" is a species of carp. The scales on the body surface of the fish are large and arranged along the edges. There is a row of scales from the front of the dorsal fin to the head, and a row of symmetrical continuous scales on each side of the dorsal fin. Each fin base has scales. . The epidermis is shiny, as smooth as a mirror and has obvious luster, so it is also called mirror carp and tridao carp.

Fried Three Scales

1. Clean up the three scales carp and drain the water

2. Then cut a knife on the back
