Frog Mantou

The ingredients are very simple. The flour is a self-raising powder and does not even use yeast (primer).

100 grams of flour, 5 grams of pumpkin powder (barley seedling powder, red beet powder), and 55 grams of water, respectively, are combined into a dough with moderate hardness. White dough does not need to add fruit and vegetable powder. No purple sweet potato flour was used, and 4 dough pieces were kneaded smoothly. Fruit and vegetable powder can be added directly to flour, or melted in water before mixing.

Separate 2 pieces of 30 g green dough and 2 pieces of 5 g yellow dough.
