Carrot Buns

Dice the carrots and shred the greens, put them into a juicer, add an appropriate amount of water, and mix them up.

Pour appropriate amount of carrot juice into 250 grams of steamed bun flour, and leave it aside to wake up for 20 minutes after mixing; pour appropriate amount of vegetable juice into 50 grams of steamed bun flour, and wake up for 20 minutes after the same is made. The dough should not stick to your hands.
