Fruit Tea
1.
Prepare a tea box and tea bag. I recommend using black tea when it’s cold, and green tea when it’s hot. Of course, it depends on your taste. If you like sweet tea, put some rock sugar in the tea bag. If you don’t like it, just put tea leaves.
2.
Wrap the tea bags, I’m ugly, because I didn’t use much tea this time. I used Pu’er this time because it will still be colder in the morning and evening these days. The black tea is warm and warm.
3.
Wash a few fruits. I think the essentials for fruit tea are lemons and strawberries. The rest depends on what ingredients are in the refrigerator.
4.
Cut up the washed fruit
5.
Throw it into the cup with the tea bag on top
6.
Turn the quilt into the refrigerator, boil a pot of hot water into the thermos, and then you can go to bed
7.
I got up in the morning and took out the cup. I stored the hot water that was boiled yesterday in the thermos, and poured the hot water directly into the cup.
8.
You can go out
