Some of my family members like Tongcai stalks and others who like to eat Tongcai leaves. They simply divide the Tongcai into two kinds of dishes to stir-fry, which is as simple as everyone wants! "

Garlic Scallops

1. Wash the green leaf and cut into two pieces.

2. Peel the garlic, wash, flatten and chop.

3. Heat oil in a pot, pour garlic and sauté until fragrant.

4. Then pour in the leaves and stir fry.

5. Stir-fry until the color changes, add appropriate amount of salt and stir well.

Tips:

Tongcai is easy to cook. It is better to be crispy than overheated. It tastes crispy and fragrant.
