Congee with Preserved Egg and Lean Meat

The rice porridge is cooked in the rice cooker and the lean meat and ginger are minced and marinated in soy sauce.

10 minutes before the completion of the porridge cooking process, add the lean meat and add starch and mix evenly.

Pour the lean meat into the rice porridge, stir and stir well.

After the lean meat is boiled for 5 minutes, add the finely chopped preserved eggs and green vegetable leaves, and cook until the program is completed. During this process, I didn’t take care of it.
Tips:
Spinach, oil-wheat, and broccoli are generally better for making porridge with green vegetables.
