Glutinous Rice and Red Date Rice

The white glutinous rice and black glutinous rice are soaked one day in advance, soaked until they are crushed by a slight pinch

Tips:
When steaming, you can use a porcelain bowl or a stainless steel basin like this. You can choose a steamer here, but you need to steam it on a high fire.
You can pour some water into the rice halfway to make the rice softer.
The glutinous rice should be soaked for at least 12 hours. The soft and glutinous taste of the rice is the best. The amount of brown sugar should be controlled by yourself, not too much, so as not to be too sweet, because the red dates are also sweet.
