Grape Cocktail

Cut the grapes one by one next to the pedicle, then add a teaspoon of baking soda and a teaspoon of salt to soak for 5 minutes to remove the pesticides on the surface of the grapes

Wash repeatedly with running water and drain

Pull out the stalks of the washed grapes one by one. Some people say why not pull it out in the first step, because then the pesticide will enter the inside.

Add water to the stockpot, about 2 cm after the raisins, add rock sugar, boil over medium heat and turn to low heat

After boiling, cook for about 10 minutes and turn off the heat. If the fire is high, the raisins will split.
