Grapefruit Peel Candy

Ready to wash the grapefruit

Peel off the grapefruit peel with a kitchen peeler

Peel as thinly as possible to remove the white flesh. The grapefruit peel is not bitter and the color is transparent and beautiful.

Cut into silk and sterilize with salt

Tips:
If the grapefruit peel is soaked for a long time, the taste will not be bitter, and it will taste a bit sweet
