Green Fried Tongzhu

1. Wash the drum to remove the sand.

2. Put the lard in a pot to heat and pour it into the washed drum.

3. Stir-fry with salt.

4. Just add some seasoning when it comes out of the pan to make it fresh.

5. Serve on the table.
