Grilled Lamb with Green Garlic

Cook the lamb in advance, soften it, let it cool and cut into large pieces

Wash green garlic and cut into sections

Shred the onion

Pour oil in a hot pan, add onions and stir fry for a fragrant flavor

Tips:
1. The mutton must be softened beforehand, so that the skin has a waxy texture;
2. Onions can be fresh;
3. Add the green garlic at the end, do not cover the pot, otherwise the color will not look good
