Grilled Octopus with Sesame Hot Sauce

Remove impurities from the middle section of hairtail, wash, use cooking wine, salt, and marinate for 20 minutes to taste

Wash off the salt, wipe dry, and fry in the pan

Add cooking wine, ginger, garlic, water, sugar, sesame hot sauce, and cook until the juice thickens.

Add salt, chopped green onion, and stir well.
Tips:
Hairtail is a wind-producing thing, and it should not be eaten by people suffering from skin diseases such as scabies and eczema or skin allergies; cancer patients and those with lupus erythematosus should not eat it; carbuncle and fetal drugs, lymphatic tuberculosis, and bronchial asthma are also avoided. The food should not be fried with butter and lamb; it should not be eaten with licorice and nepeta.
