Homemade Fried Octopus

Thaw hairtail, remove the internal organs and wash. Add 2 slices of ginger, a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of pepper, a spoonful of cooking wine, and a little monosodium glutamate, and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Prepare the plastic wrap, pour a cup of flour on it and set aside.

The marinated hairtail is evenly covered with flour.

Pour a little oil into the pan and fry the octopus over low heat.

Fry it until golden on both sides and it will be out of the pan.

It doesn't take too long to eat delicious hairtail.

Tips:
1. I used the middle section of the whole bag of hairtail I bought in the supermarket. After going home, I took a disposable glove and scratched the fish belly to remove the internal organs. It is very simple. No scissors are needed, and the hands will not be soiled.
2. Pour the flour on the plastic wrap, so that the remaining flour after frying the hairtail can be thrown away with the plastic wrap, so that the cutting board will not be soiled.
