Grilled Ribs

Wash the ribs, soak them in water for 30 minutes, soak in bleeding water (so that they can remove the fishy smell), put the ribs in the crisper, pour in barbecue sauce, oyster sauce, mirin and sugar, massage, and marinate 24-48 Turn over several times in the middle of the hour.

Preheat the oven to 400F/200C degrees, place the ribs on the grilling net, use a baking tray to catch the oil, brush a layer of marinade, and bake for 20 minutes.

Turn it over, brush another layer of marinade, and continue to bake for 15 minutes.

Brush with honey and bake for 5 minutes.
