There are a few large ribs in the refrigerator. Basically, they can’t be used as raw materials for steaming and raw stir-frying. They have to be used for stewing. I read many Northeast stew stickers on the Internet, which inspired the author. We can also stew them randomly, right? You can stew whatever you have in the refrigerator, but it's not called "Dare to Stew in the Northeast", and a new one is called Ribs Stew. "

1. Pork ribs in cold water, blanch the water, chop the corn into pieces, and remove the roots of the beans;

2. After blanching the water, filter the water, fry the ribs shallowly, remove the filter oil, and leave the oil in the pot;

3. Cut the potatoes into large pieces and continue to fry them until the skin is golden brown;

4. In another pan, put 1/4 cup of sweet noodle sauce, 1 tablespoon of Zhuhou sauce, 1/4 cup of light soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, and stir-fry on medium heat until bubbling;

5. Pour in ribs, potatoes and corn, add water to cover the surface, cover the pot and simmer until about 1/2 of the water is left;

6. Cut the eggplant into pieces, pour it into the pot, turn it over with a spoon or spatula, and simmer for about 5 minutes;

7. Pour the beans and stew again;

8. Stew until the beans are broken, add some salt to taste and serve.

Tips:

1. Pork ribs blanched in water and shallow fried can be fishy, and the meat will not be completely scattered after the stewing for a long time;

2. Deep-fry the potatoes to prevent them from turning into sand after being stewed.
