Sweet and Sour Grilled Pork Ribs

Clean the ribs and cut into large pieces.

Boil the ribs in boiling water with ginger slices and cooking wine.

Rinse the ribs with warm water and set aside.

Cut the carrot into pieces with a hob, and cut the onion into large pieces and set aside.

Put the ribs in the pot, add boiling water (just do not pass the ribs) and bring to a boil.

Add the ingredients and boil.

Turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

Put the ribs into a large plate.

The marinade is made during the cooking of the ribs. Finely chop onion, garlic and red sweet pepper.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a small pot, add onion and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add the red bell pepper and stir fry for about half a minute.

Pour in the remaining ingredients.

After boiling, simmer on low heat for 4-5 minutes, let cool and set aside.

Pour the marinade into the ribs and marinate for 1-2 hours. The longer the marinating time, the more delicious.

Place the ribs in a baking dish lined with tin foil, bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, and rub the marinade every 5 minutes.
