Grilled Tilapia with Cumin

Ingredients: COOK100 Teriyaki Sauce, Tilapia, Cumin, Ginger.

Wash the tilapia, drain the water, and add to the cooking wine.

Then add the COOK100 Teriyaki Sauce and spread it inside and out.

Put the sliced ginger into the fish maw.

Marinate for 3-5 hours.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. Put the marinated tilapia on the grilling net (the grilling net needs to be brushed with oil to prevent sticking), put it in the middle of the oven and start baking.

Bake for 10 minutes and then remove the oil and teriyaki sauce.
8.
Sprinkle with cumin and bake for 10 minutes.
