Japanese Style Grilled Squid

Wash the squid, remove the internal organs, and tear off the epidermis;

Cut off the squid whiskers, one cuts it open without breaking, the other cutting knife fails, so it has to be cut into pieces;
3.
Put the squid in a fresh-keeping box, then add cooking wine and teriyaki sauce to marinate for more than 1 hour;
4.
Wear the squid with bamboo sticks;
5.
Tear the onion into pieces and spread on the baking tray;
6.
Put the squid skewers on and brush with a layer of olive oil;
7.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake it on the top and bottom for about 5 minutes, take it out and continue to brush the baking sauce;
8.
Take it out every 10 minutes and flip it once, and it will be cooked about twice. Sprinkle cumin powder in the last few minutes.
