Ground Chicken Soup

Soak the ground bile (about 10-15 pieces) in water for 15 minutes and then wash it off.

Cut the fresh chai chicken into pieces and wash them.

Cut the ginger into pieces and smash into pieces.

Put the cleaned ground bladder and ginger into the casserole.

Pour the chai chicken into the casserole and add the appropriate amount of water. Note that you can't add water in the subsequent process, so you need to estimate it well.

After adding the water, the fire is boiled. After opening, use a spoon to skim off the scum and oil.

After removing the scum, simmer for 40-60 minutes on medium-low heat.

Tips:
1. This soup should be fresh, preferably fresh chicken, don't buy frozen chicken.
2. The water should be added at one time, it is not allowed to add water in the middle.
3. When eating, don't eat the courage.
