Di Dantou Chicken Soup is one of the most distinctive dishes in Hainan. The fragrance is overflowing, benefiting both young and old. Ground gallbladder is a kind of herb. It has the functions of clearing away heat and relieving heat, nourishing yin and nourishing kidney, dispelling wind and dampness, preventing colds, enhancing immunity, and enhancing resistance. It will not catch colds when eaten frequently. Didantou can be purchased at Chinese medicine stores or online.

Ground Chicken Soup

1. Soak the ground bile (about 10-15 pieces) in water for 15 minutes and then wash it off.

2. Cut the fresh chai chicken into pieces and wash them.

3. Cut the ginger into pieces and smash into pieces.

4. Put the cleaned ground bladder and ginger into the casserole.

5. Pour the chai chicken into the casserole and add the appropriate amount of water. Note that you can't add water in the subsequent process, so you need to estimate it well.

6. After adding the water, the fire is boiled. After opening, use a spoon to skim off the scum and oil.

7. After removing the scum, simmer for 40-60 minutes on medium-low heat.

8. After the stew is done, add the wolfberry and add some salt to season it.

Tips:

1. This soup should be fresh, preferably fresh chicken, don't buy frozen chicken.
2. The water should be added at one time, it is not allowed to add water in the middle.
3. When eating, don't eat the courage.
