Duck Soup with Potatoes and Potatoes

Wash the smilax and earthen bile to clean the mud and sand on it.

Blanch the duck meat in hot water.
3.
The blanched duck meat is taken out and placed in a casserole.
4.
Pour the earthen bladder and tuckahoe into the casserole.
5.
Pour the shredded lean meat and ginger into the casserole.
6.
Cover the pot and boil on high heat instead of simmering for an hour.
7.
Turn off the heat and add salt to taste.
Tips:
Add a little lean meat, the soup will be more sweet.
