Cut the passion fruit with a knife on one end and scoop out the juice with a small spoon. It’s best not to cut in half in the middle, so the juice will flow out easily

Dig the pulp directly into the airtight jar, and put the seeds together. The sealed tank should be disinfected with boiling water in advance and the moisture should be dried.

I broke the rock candy and put it in. I didn't break it too much. It only melted in three days. If I broke it a little bit, it would basically melt in a day. I still recommend breaking it up

Cover the lid and shake it vigorously, so that the rock candy can melt as quickly as possible. Soak it for a day and keep shaking during this period to make the rock sugar melt

Also cover the lid and shake. If the rock sugar has melted, just shake it once or twice a day. If the rock sugar has not melted, shake it a few more times.

This is the nectar that has been marinated for 3 days. The rock sugar has completely melted and the seeds will float on it. You can either scoop it and drink it directly or flush it with water.

The skin of passion fruit can also be soaked in water. I steamed the pulp with water. The steamed water tastes better than soaked directly.
