Hakka Stuffed Tofu

1. Prepare yong tofu.

2. Heat up the pan, add oil, and fry the stuffed tofu slowly.

3. Add green onion, shiitake mushrooms, and fish to fry until fragrant, add appropriate amount of salt and simmer for half an hour.
