Hand Catching Sheep's Neck

Soak the lamb's neck two hours in advance

The sheep’s neck is blanched and taken out to control the water

Pour clean water in the boiling pot, put the lamb's neck to boil

Prepare all the aniseed

After the water is boiled, add salt and all the anise and cook for one hour

After it's cooked, take it out and let it cool

Add garlic, light soy sauce, vinegar, and parsley to the small bowl to make the juice! Take the pepper noodles and salt, stir well and set aside

Let cool and cut into pieces (please ignore my knife skills, it's really bad to chop 😁)

You can sprinkle some salt and pepper noodles on the top with a good seasoning (1:1)! It must be pepper noodles, so it tastes good, so you can just leave it alone!
