Handmade Brown Sugar Ginger and Jujube Paste
1.
1. The old ginger grown by the farmer who went back to his hometown to buy it is very spicy! Wash the ginger soil. Leave the skin. Squeeze into ginger paste.
2.
2. Wash the red dates to remove the pit, soak for half an hour. Red jujube water is reserved. Squeeze a part of the red dates into puree, save a small amount of red dates and cut into pieces for later use.
3.
Brown sugar cubes will be sweeter.
4.
Pour all the equipped ginger + brown sugar + red dates into the saucepan, the ingredients are too much. So I added some red date water. Stir constantly until it is sticky. Just collect the juice.
5.
Simmer for 1 hour to collect the juice and add the wolfberry and red dates. (It tastes like when you flush with water)
6.
Let cool after collecting the juice. It can be bottled~
Tips:
The juice will spurt out during the cooking process. You can bring an insulated glove. Keep stirring to prevent the sticky bottom from burning and affecting the taste.
