Healthy Mixed Vegetables

Prepare various materials. Black tofu skins are rare, and ordinary white tofu skins can be used instead. Black fungus needs to be soaked in advance.

Shred the tofu skin, wash the bean sprouts, and cut the celery into sections.

Chop the shallots and peppers and set aside.

Cut the black fungus into thick threads.

Boil water in a pot. After the water is boiled, put the fungus into the pot and blanch the water. The time for blanching the fungus should not be long, so separate operations.

After removing the fungus, add other materials and blanch it in water.

Put the processed ingredients in a large bowl and add salt to taste.
