Tofu with Black Beans

Prepare materials.

Shred the spiced black tofu skin and set aside.

Clean and shred cucumbers.
4.
Mince garlic and set aside.
5.
Take a small bowl and add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, chicken essence and appropriate amount of water, stir well and set aside.
6.
Put a little oil in a wok and sauté the dried chilies on low heat.
7.
Put the cut cucumber shreds and tofu shreds into a bowl, top with minced garlic and pour hot oil on them.
8.
Pour the adjusted bowl of juice on top and stir evenly.
