3.
Boil water in a pot and put ginger and rice wine in it.
4.
Put the duck pieces in blanching water, pick up and rinse with cold water.

Turn on the wok and press the start button. Add fatter duck skin and duck pieces to explode the oil.
6.
Add duck cubes and sauté.
7.
Add the shallot shreds.
8.
Add ginger shreds.
9.
Add light soy sauce and stir fry.
10.
Add a glass of beer and press the dry pan button.
11.
When the water is almost dry, turn to the yellow chicken stew stall and put a glass of beer at a time. Wait for the dry pan to sound, add another cup and simmer. This will be more fragrant than braising with a few glasses of beer at once.
12.
When adding beer for the last time, take care to open the lid for about six minutes and leave a small amount of juice to catch fire. If you like to eat dry food, you can wait for the bell to ring before turning off the fire or let the pot keep warm.
Tips:
I didn't follow all the recipes that were delivered. The recipes inside were all the ingredients together, and the lid was covered and the yellow chicken button was pressed, and it was automatically simmered. I make this beer duck according to my personal habit, I have to stir-fry it until it is fragrant. How I want to operate it is personal freedom.
