Place the chicken legs into the pan as shown in the picture, spread shredded shiitake mushrooms, shredded ginger, and Lao Xia Gong Huang Braised Chicken Sauce in sequence, and finally 400 grams of water into the pot, cover the pot, choose chicken, and it will be ready in 15 minutes. I use an automatic pressure cooker, which takes a long time. If it is an old-fashioned pressure cooker, the chicken thigh can be cut into pieces, and it can be vented out of the pot after 7 minutes by looking at the watch, and the meat is more tender.

During the waiting period, you can prepare the side dishes you want to eat. Here I prepare fresh tofu and spinach, as well as mung bean noodles that children love.

After the pressure cooker is deflated, select the juice collection and flavor enhancement function, set 8 minutes, put the tofu and noodles into the pan, and add spinach at the last minute.
