Home-made Pork Floss

Cut the meat into pieces, cut along the stripes of the meat, and wash with boiling water to remove the bloody smell

Add cinnamon, shallots, ginger and meat in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes.

Let the pressed meat cool and put it in a fresh-keeping bag, tap the meat with a rolling pin, and press

Use a fork to pound and scrape the meat, or tear it by hand, the thinner the better

Low heat, put oil in the pot, pour meat, sugar, light soy sauce, salt and stir fry evenly

Quickly fry the dried pork floss. Remember to stir-fry and pound the meat to make it fluffy

Out of the pot!
Tips:
1 Choose lean meat without gluten, and cut off fat with a knife
2 Stir-fry slowly over a low fire, pound the meat while frying to make the meat fluffy
