Fathead fish cut into sections

Fish pieces are glued to egg liquid

Pan fried golden on both sides

Fry and set aside

Add a tablespoon of home cooking wine, vinegar and soy sauce, add green onion, ginger, garlic and hot water and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Simmer for about 20 minutes and then add chopped green peppers.

Tips:
In a non-stick pan fried with egg liquid, add green pepper to taste more delicious.
