Home-style Braised Eggplant

1. Wash eggplant and cut into hob pieces

2. Deep-fry the eggplant in oil, fry it and remove the oil

3. Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, starch, add appropriate amount of minced garlic and water to make a juice

4. Stir-fry the garlic, chopped green onion and fried eggplant
