Homemade Cherry Sauce

Fresh picked cherries

Soak in flour for 20 minutes and rinse off repeatedly

Bring the bulk to a boil, slowly simmer it on a low fire

Boil until the cherries are soft and rotten, filter out the cherry seeds
5.
Filtered cherry juice
6.
Add rock sugar and continue to simmer
7.
Cook until thick and turn off the heat
8.
Out of the pot.
Tips:
The small cherries have less flesh, and the rock sugar can be added according to your favorite taste.
