Homemade Choking

Wash fresh green sprouts.

Boil water in the pot and turn off the heat.
3.
Put the washed green sprouts in boiling water and blanch them for about 20 seconds.

Remove and put in a large bowl.

Then cover it with a larger bowl and leave it at room temperature for two days. (Can not be opened during the period)

The moment the bowl is opened, the choking smell rushes to the nose, and the choking dishes are ready.

Cut the chopped vegetables into small pieces, smash the garlic, and dice the red pepper.
8.
Heat the pot, add a proper amount of oil, add red pepper and garlic and fry a few times.
9.
Pour in the chopped vegetables.
10.
Stir fry back and forth with a spatula.
11.
Add in the right amount of salt, stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and get out of the pot!
Tips:
There should be no oil in the pot where the vegetables are over water.
Green sprouts are winter vegetables.
