Fried Potherb Mustard with Green Sprouts

Soak green sprouts in water.

After rinsing the potherb mustard with clean water several times, soak in clean water.
3.
Cut the potherb mustard into sections, and shred the green garlic diagonally.
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil, saute the pepper and green garlic.
5.
Add potherb mustard and saute until fragrant.
6.
Add green sprouts and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Season with salt and light soy sauce.
