Our specialty is dry pickles, which are actually similar to noodles in scallion oil, with various soups, the most common is this mustard pork soup, which is also the cheapest! But I really like it. I tried it at home and got the outside taste.

Greens and Mustard Pork Soup

1. Wash the vegetables, shredded pork, and cut mustard

2. Add water to the pot and put the lard

3. Add salt and chicken essence after the water is hot

4. Add pork shreds after the water is boiling

5. Add mustard and boil

6. Add the greens and mix well

7. Put it in a bowl

Tips:

The greens must not be cooked for too long
